About Sebastian Hamers
Sebastian is a partner at Human Insight, specializing in scaling businesses with a people-centered approach. After graduating from the University of Twente, he worked with business angels investing in European startups. He later joined an incubation program supported by partners like the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, PwC, and Philips Innovation Services, where he recruited over 160 companies and created a masterclass for fast-growing businesses.
Now co-owner of Human Insight, Sebastian focuses on expanding its international client base. He has worked with organizations such as the Australian Ministry of Finance, American Family Insurance, and Purdue University. His expertise includes strategic diversity, scaling, team collaboration, and talent management, and he is a certified practitioner of Purdue University’s Strategic Doing methodology.
